This workshop shows you how to apply Annie Sloan’s protective Clear Wax over your paintwork to preserve your work. How to control the coloured waxes and some very exciting effects you can create using these waxes creatively.

It is important to get the basics right so we start there but quickly move onto several more interesting techniques.

On this workshop we look at the following techniques:

Using the wax as a resist with Chalk Paint™ to develop an original two tone effect.

Highlighting textured relief paint surface with coloured waxes to achieve various finishes.

How to achieve a high gloss Oriental look to a suitable piece of furniture.

A demonstration on using Annie Sloan Gilding Waxes.
